Paul G. Christensen

Paul G. Christensen is both an attorney and CPA providing counsel to closely-held businesses and their owners in the areas of estate planning, succession planning, and selected tax matters.  Mr. Christensen has owned and managed businesses in the construction, hospitality, transportation and graphic arts industries.  His life-long association with closely-held businesses gives him the background to provide practical legal and tax advice.

Mr. Christensen understands that business decisions, tax matters and wealth planning have direct impact upon the lives of business owners and their families.  Crafting and implementing an effective long-term solution, which is appropriate for the resources available, is a skill that can only be developed with experience.

Mr. Christensen is admitted to practice in Minnesota and Texas and the Federal Tax Court.  Mr. Christensen is also licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Mr. Christensen received his Juris Doctor from the Saint Mary’s University, School of Law (Texas) in 1981 where he was an editor of the Legal Research Board.  He attended the University of Minnesota and was graduated from the Carlson School of Management in 1970.  He received his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of St. Thomas, Opus College of Business in 1980.
