Anthony L. Barthel practices in the areas of private financing, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, shareholder disputes, commercial transactions, contract review and wealth preservation. Mr. Barthel also assists his business clients in real estate sale, acquisition and leasing matters.

Mr. Barthel understands the pressures faced by private businesses. As the son of a small business owner, Mr. Barthel was exposed to the unique challenges and opportunities faced by business entrepreneurs and managers. A common sense approach aided by a keen attention to detail assist Mr. Barthel in establishing a trusted and valuable relationship with his clients.

Mr. Barthel is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, Hennepin Bar Association and North Hennepin Area Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Barthel received his Juris Doctor from the University of Iowa College of Law where he served as a Case Editor for the Moot Court Executive Board. Mr. Barthel received his Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Bethel University in St. Paul, Minnesota.
