PATRICK D. BOYLE JOINS SKJOLD ▪ BARTHEL BUSINESS ATTORNEYS
Minneapolis-based Firm Expanding Litigation Group 

Skjold ▪ Barthel Business Attorneys today announced that attorney Patrick D. Boyle has joined the firm’s Minneapolis office.  Boyle will practice in the firm’s Litigation Group, serving businesses and their owners in complex commercial litigation including securities litigation, FINRA arbitrations, shareholder disputes, insurance disputes, labor and employment issues and contract cases.

Prior to moving to Minnesota and joining the firm’s litigation practice, Boyle practiced law with two prominent Chicago litigation boutiques and served as a clerk with the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office.  He is licensed to practice in the State and Federal Courts of Minnesota and Illinois.
