CHRISTENSEN NAMED QUALIFIED NEUTRAL

MINNEAPOLIS, MN - (October 8, 2009) - Skjold ▪ Barthel announced today that attorney Paul G. Christensen has been named a Qualified Neutral under Minnesota Rule 114.

Mr. Christensen, experienced both as an attorney and as a CPA, provides counsel to closely held businesses and their owners in the areas of business strategy, estate planning, succession planning, and selected tax matters. He will provide mediation services to assist clients and other professionals in resolving difficult and complex financial disputes.
